Deck the Halls

have you ever had "one of those" moments???
well this card is one for me!
didn't notice until i was uploading it into post........
the image is on upside down!!! lol
will fix it later as the MS foam tape i used is super strong
and will tear the paper i am sure.
*hum, could blame it on the fur babies* lol

Embossing Around the Christmas Tree
* i have wet embossed the image and sentiment and
faux embossed the bells using THIS tut on SCS*

I needed a good laugh today and to be honest if you had not told me it was upside down, I probably would not have noticed.

I often manage to attach my entire card front upside down, so just cut it off and re-adhere the entire front to a new base ... you'd think after the 50th time I'd stop doing it, but it never fails ... love those big embossed bells ... so very glad you joined us at jingle belles.

Oh poor, Rose - it did give me a giggle - it's the kind of thing I do! Despite the upside down bauble it's a beautiful card - thanks for joining in my CHNC challenge 72 - hope to see you again soon. x

Did you hear me chuckling? I would NOT have even noticed...seriously.

Love the card chickie...it's been awhile since I've put together a christmas card...I'd better get on that.

HA! i have TOTALLY done that!!! more than once!!! :) :) :) i have even SEWN MY CARD SHUT when adding some last minute machine stitching. usually i just cut the whole front off and mount it on a newly folded bit of cardstock base and call it a "design decision" lol! :) :) :)

directional issues aside, this is just SUCH a gorgeous and elegant card, a great use of embossing... times two!!! plus a fabulous take on a bunch of cool challenges! well done, you! brilliant!!! ♥♥♥ (now i have to see that faux embossing tut!) :)

I may not have noticed... At a crop, in the early days of my sb life...I was using CM albums but "wall papering" them. So I made my page, then attached to the actual CM album page. You know they have the staples at the binding edge? Well, I attached the page upside down, then when I tore it off and did it again, I attached it SIDEWAYS...with the staple thingies at the top... so stupid. LOL

Hahaha, awesome!
I once posted a card upside down, and no one said anything!
A few posts later I mentioned a prize for the first person to notice....guess no one did!
Your card looks great anyway!
