365 Cards Day 38

Today's challenge on 365 Cards is " That's It I Quilt!". We were to use this quilt pattern to make a card.

Paper is K&Co, Bfly is from HA cut @ 6"

** Inquiring minds want to know......how can a perfect square not fit back together after being cut in half ?? **

Great card! I love the butterfly/flourish. SO intriguing! And, you know the reason I don't quilt is because NOTHING goes back together the same way... it is a mystery.

Gorgeous card! I must buy that Home Accents cartridge. I too was having trouble matching up my squares. They looked like I cut them in half....but, I guess I was off!! My stitching covered up my mistakes!!!

I have wondered this myself at times. Somewhere along the lines, it must not be perfect, which I feel makes it interesting to look at. I love your card! I love the colors and the fact that some of the patterned paper has words on it.

Vintage beauty! May I use this sketch or where do I get it/permission. I love quilts and now I make them out of paper instead of fabric.
